Hi! My name is Tania Story and I ‘m a full time licensed real estate agent helping people just like you buy and sell homes in all of the Metro Denver areas of Colorado.
LIFE IS SHORT SO LET’S GET OUT THERE AND DO IT! That’s a motto to live by and why I’m still enjoying a now 24 year career in real estate. To think it all started almost a quarter century ago when my family bought our first home in Parker. A secretary then, imagine my surprise when the top producing agent we worked with called one day out of the blue and asked me to babysit their business while they were on vacation! I loved every minute of those 12 years working as a real estate assistant.
Usually at this point some would say “the rest is history” but for me, this story isn’t over yet. Once our girls had received such a fine education in the Parker school system that they went right on to college, I’ve been privileged these last 12 years to assist many others with their sale or purchase of a home.
Not much for sitting around, when I’m not out with a client you’re likely to find me on the Ride the Rockies tour or hiking along a mountain trail with my husband Todd.
WHAT MY CLIENT’S CAN EXPECT…
Relentless determination inspired a client to nickname me “The Bulldog” and it’s a title I’m proud to wear. I don’t like settling for less than I really want and I don’t see why anyone else should either. It may take extra time and effort, but the end result will always be a greater degree of satisfaction.
I know I’m a bit of a control freak, but really, how is that a bad thing? When conditions are out of my control, I like to keep it all under control with a finely tuned sense of humor!

I know that in order for past clients to refer new clients to me I’ve got to earn their respect. This is accomplished as I fully inform each with all the pertinent information necessary for them to confidently make their buying and selling decisions based on the variables of the current marketplace.
